The Work
Built on the success of our inaugural Latinas Pave The Path event, The Allen Lewis Agency partnered #WeAllGrow with Nissan to deepen brand favorability, drive client acquisition, and engage the Latina community through culturally relevant content, tools, and experiences.

We produced and hosted an in-person vision board event in Austin, Texas, bringing together 34 community members for a night of manifestation in the presence of the Nissan ARIYA. The evening featured welcome remarks from #WeAllGrow co-CEO Vanessa Santos and Nissan Multicultural Marketing Strategist Andrea Cano, a grounding meditation and guided vision board workshop led by Andrea Casanova, and a sharing circle that fostered connection and community celebration.

Attendees received Nissan-branded goody bags, enjoyed Tex-Mex from a Latina-owned restaurant, and left with their vision boards in hand. To extend the impact beyond the event, we published a “How to Vision Board” editorial, IG Reel, and newsletter inclusion—sparking continued engagement, with vision boards being created weeks after the event.
