The Challenge

Latina entrepreneurs continue to face systemic barriers to growth, from limited access to resources and technology to burnout and lack of representation. Microsoft sought to build authentic trust and affinity with millennial women and Latina founders by meeting them where they are, listening first, and offering meaningful support rooted in real experience.

The Work

In partnership with Microsoft, we produced a multi-touch campaign designed to elevate the voices of Latina entrepreneurs, surface actionable insights, and position #WeAllGrow x Microsoft as thought leaders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The campaign began with deep community listening. We launched a comprehensive survey within the #WeAllGrow community to better understand how Latina founders run their businesses, leverage technology, and balance well-being. These insights were expanded through an intimate focus group, allowing for nuance, honesty, and richer storytelling. Together, this research informed the Latina Entrepreneur Community Pulse Report, shaped by the lived experiences of more than 300 #WeAllGrow members.

The findings were brought to life through a live virtual panel, Latina Entrepreneurship: Breaking Barriers and Achieving Más with Ease, moderated by #WeAllGrow Partner and Co-CEO Vanessa Santos. The conversation featured Ana Flores, Dr. Gina Vanegas, Sarah DiDonato, Brittany Chavez, Valeria Hinojosa, and Brittany Valdes, centering sustainable growth, well-being, and a more ease-forward approach to entrepreneurship. The event welcomed over 250 live attendees.

The Pulse Report was unveiled during the event and made available for download, with continued promotion across #WeAllGrow’s platforms to extend reach, impact, and longevity beyond the live moment.
